finally, a second car

Jon and I finally got ourselves a running second car. Since last October our second car (1984 Lincoln Mark VII) could not make it out of our neighborhood. Jon and I have been carpooling in our SUV. Carpooling wasn't so bad, we were able to spend some time with each other. But having one car made taking kids places kind of difficult. There were many times Jon and I had to wait for the other person or find another way home. The public transit system isn't the best here and our house is considered being in the county, so the city transit would not work. We traded in our clunker and purchased a two door Ford Focus. Life is a little bit easier now not having to spend so much time dropping each other off, so the other one can run the errands.
